Paul C. Fleiner
President and COO

Paul C. Fleiner comes to Sintermet LLC with over 25 years of experience in various areas of the metals industry. Prior to Sintermet, he most recently served as Senior Vice President of ÅKERS National Roll, where he held several corporate responsibilities in addition to leading the sales, customer service, and marketing activities for both the company's National Roll and Vertical Seal facilities. Prior to joining ÅKERS National Roll, Fleiner held various corporate positions in sales, marketing, and international business and development with ASKO, Inc., the former parent company of Sintermet, Inc.

Paul is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a B.S. degree in
Mechanical Engineering.

Tom Gallagher
Senior Vice President

Since joining Sintermet in 1986, senior vice president, Tom Gallagher, has graduated from inside sales engineer to product manager to sales manager to vice president of sales to senior vice president. Through these many roles, Gallagher has learned the industry and achieved the sales goals necessary to lead Sintermet's sales team.

With a staff of sales people under his direction, both regionally and internationally, Gallagher knows the importance of establishing realistic and measurable goals for his sales people. "There are many qualities that a salesman must possess in order to succeed, but honesty and integrity should be the foundation," says Gallagher. "These key traits help Sintermet to focus on our customer's needs to provide them with the best possible solutions."

Bill Posey
Regional Sales Manager

As regional sales manager at Sintermet, Bill Posey manages the sales team on the west coast and Mexico. He says it's vital to be flexible in order to accommodate the differences in language, customs, and business practices in other countries.

Posey believes that regular customer interaction helps him keep on top of pending sales inquiries, industry developments, and potential sales. "Once the request for a quotation has been issued, we react to the needs of our customers by offering the best possible solutions through our latest technology," says Posey. "This is just a part of Sintermet's ongoing dedication to providing the best quality to our customers."

John Byron
Customer Service Manager

John Byron is firmly identified as the link between SinterMet and customers. As customer service manager, Byron's daily charter is to keep lines of communication open. By supporting Sintermet's sales and marketing team, Byron also helps to ensure that customers are satisfied and corporate objectives are met.

Mike Venesky
Outside Sales

Mike Venesky is the newest additon to the Sintermet sales team. As an outside sales representative, Venesky is always on hand to assist our customers in purchasing the best products to keep their business on a roll.
