To
assemble the system, rolling rings and steel spacers are
placed on the alloy steel arbor (A), followed by
the Shur-Lock patented Double Nut locking components (B).
Once assembled, the system is pressurized with up to 35,000
PSI (or 2,500 bar), which literally stretches the steel
arbor (C). The space is filled simply by hand tightening
the outer nut (D). Hydraulics are released which
results in a mechanically locked and ready-to-roll system.
